A correlation vector implementation in python, based on Microsoft's implementation.

## Usage

```py
import ms_cv

cll_vec = ms_cv.CorrelationVector()
print('Initial cll vector: {}'.format(cll_vec.get_value()))
print('Next iteration: {}'.format(cll_vec.increment()))
```
